David Forde: Goalkeeper expected to sign new deal

Republic of Eire international Forde was named the Lions' participant of the calendar year very last time but his present offer is owing to expire this summer time and he has earlier been joined with a move to Celtic.

But main executive Andy Ambler expects to listen to back from Forde and winger Lee Martin, who has also been made available a new contract, above the subsequent number of days.

"As with any renegotiation things consider time," Ambler instructed the club website.

"Fordey is out in the States at the minute with Ireland and Lee we've created an offer to, and he is away as very well. I'm hoping that we can have some clarity with that over the upcoming 4 or 5 days."

Ambler also discovered Millwall are waiting around for an answer from out-of- deal Yeovil defender Byron Webster above a move to The Den, although the club have turned down a bid for centre- 50 percent Mark Beevers.
