Gary Lewin: Stretchered away after breaking his ankle in Manaus

Lewin, attending his 205th match as England physio, endured the harm when he jumped up to rejoice Daniel Sturridge's equaliser in Manaus and arrived down on a drinking water bottle, twisting his ankle.
